All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders may not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm CST through Sunday, or on holidays.

Remember, Twyla Designs is a one woman show. If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, you will be contacted you via email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Domestic packages are typically shipped USPS.

Buy is responsible return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

Unfortunately, custom items cannot be returned. If you are not pleased with any custom order, please reach out immediately upon receipt so that we can resolve any issues.
